Without the darkness, we can’t experience the light. Often time we fear the darkness. We fear feeling heavy emotions like sadness, grief, or anger because quite frankly, they aren’t really welcome in our society. Our world teaches us to push through and put on a happy face - because disclosing how you really feel would be “too much” or '“dramatic”.
You are not dramatic. You are a woman. Your hormones change alongside the phases of the moon ( I meannn, so cool). You are feminine, you are wild, you are allowed to be angry, sad, cry, scream, laugh, howl.

Hey, I’m Michelle, welcome to my page!
I feel that working with a coach requires reciprocity. A chance to see the humanness in one another. A chance to say “I’ve been there too, this is normal, you’re going to get through this”. As a coach, I guide my clients based on my own life experiences and I feel it’s crucial to have open communication.
Through Embodiment techniques like Breathwork, EFT Tapping, and Movement, we’ll be feeling into the BODY. While this may be uncomfortable at first (I know it was for me), the transformation that occurs will be beyond your wildest dreams. This work will quite literally set you free.
This path isn’t about dependence on a coach or program. It’s about anchoring into your own truth to soar you to new heights. You have everything you need within you. I am simply here to help guide you.
